NCR Capitol and Seat of Power. Apart from Congress and the Presidential Palace, a bazaar can be found where the denizens can get all they're basic needs. Although more tamed then the outlying wastes, danger can still lurk in dark alleys.
The NCR's commercial central. Caravans come and go with wares on a daily basis and the many offices in the downtown area means plenty of work for those willing to run errands. A town buzzing with activity, yet somehow lifeless in its existence.
By far one of the largest settlements in all of the NCR. It offers comfortable living for the wealthy and entertainment for the poor. Home of both Gun Runners and Followers of the Apocalypse, however its grand size means you never know who or what else has made its residency within.
